A brief note about our brand.

Our name and brand come from the legend of the Phoenix. It is oriented toward our interactions with selling homeowners and tenants. We provide a new start for people who were not able to stabilize either their employment or their businesses from Covid’s economic fallout fast enough to restructure or catch up on their past due mortgages. We give them the option to access some of their positive equity quickly. In the case of people who may have re-established their income, but not have the ability to fully catch up on past due debts, we offer pre-paid lease-backs to sellers out of some of the equity, enabling people to stay in their homes as they rebuild.
